Gourgeoureus (or however you spell the word) -March newsletter)

I’m deleting life to focus on Instagram 👍

I love that quote lol.

Alrighty, we started March by driving from Armenia to Georgia. On the way, we passed a bunch of monasteries and random scenic spots (here’s a cool flick of one).

Georgia

A few days later, we went to Gudauri to go skiing.

At first it was just my sister, my mom, and me, since my dad’s knees are still kinda messed up. It had been over a year since I last skied, so the first few runs were a little rough… but somehow I didn’t wipe out.

Within like 5–10 minutes, I was already carving again.

I love skiing so much. It’s easily one of my favorite things to do.

Me and Elli 🔥

Minor Injury (Of Course)

Yeah… while skiing I hyperextended my knee.

It felt pretty wonky for a few days, but I kept going (didn’t tap out early 💪). I just had to take it easier since turning wasn’t great with my right knee.

After wearing a brace for a few days, I’m pretty much fully healed now.

I’m wearing these “tights” that hold your knees in place so I don’t mess anything up 😂

Cooking With a Georgian Grandma

After skiing, we stayed in this small town and took cooking lessons from our Airbnb host, basically the grandma who runs the place.

It was honestly amazing.

We learned a ton about the food, but more than that, it was just one of those moments where you’re fully experiencing the culture. Super fun.

Georgia Gma brought the heat 😝

Greece

From Georgia, we flew into Thessaloniki, Greece.

And wow… Greece might be one of my favorite countries we’ve been to.

The food? Unreal.
The people? Some of the nicest ever.

We rented a car and started driving all over the country (also… here’s a flick of me posted up on a tank lol).

The Cliff Hike

We did this hike where we drove all the way up a mountain, then hiked about 15 minutes to this massive cliff.

And I mean MASSIVE.

Super sketchy, super cool.

I got some insane tripod photos (ain’t no way I’m getting close to that edge lol).

Bro I look so tired and icky in this photo 😭

Kastraki — Unreal Spot

Then we went to a place called Kastraki.

This was hands down the most beautiful place we saw in Greece.

Massive rock formations with monasteries built right into them… it didn’t even look real.

Definitely a highlight of the country.

Gourgeoureus or however you spell the word

🤪

Dinner With Da Goats

While watching the sunset there, we met a father and son.

The dad was 89, and the son was probably in his 60s-70s — and they were so cool.

We ended up going to dinner with them and just talking for hours.

They had worked in Africa, met presidents, and had lived some insane lives.

One of those moments you just know you’ll never forget.

Loved these guys

Next Up

Now we’re in France for a few days.

Then I’ve got a flight to Canada, and I’m so hyped.

I can’t wait to see a specific somebody 🤫

There are people there I haven’t seen in over a year, and I literally can’t wait.

The flight is gonna suck… but it won’t matter.

I love it here

I’m lwk so excited to serve the mish here

That’s about it for this month.

A ton happened, but hopefully you guys enjoyed it.

And if not… I wish I had a money-back guarantee 😂

See you all next month ✌️🫡
